Can I order by telephone?
Yes. Call +880 1700 000000 and we will take the order and arrange payment by invoice. For machines we will normally want to talk through your material and volumes first.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
We deliver, install and commission nationwide. Delivery is a flat rate at checkout; installation is scheduled once the machine arrives.
Can I order catalog products online?
Anything showing a price can be bought directly through the site. Machines built to order show "Request a quote" instead, because the configuration decides the price.
Who can answer my warranty questions?
Our service team — service@zontro.test. Every machine carries 12 months on parts and labour from the commissioning date.
Do you supply spare parts for older machines?
Usually yes. Send us the machine serial and the part you need and we will confirm availability and lead time.
